Bhalla Central Library inaugurated by Dharma Guru Shri Swami Satyamitranand Girii Maharaj at Manav Rachna International University has been named in memory of its founder, the great prodigy and leading luminary of educational excellence, Dr. O.P. Bhalla.

It has a collection of more than 2, 50,000 documents in print and electronic format. The Library offers a balanced combination of print and digital collections. The online databases like IEEE, ASME, ASCE, ASTM Digital Library, McGraw Hill Access Engineering Database, J-Gate Ebcoso and membership of digital consortia DELNET, UGC Infonet – INFLIBNET and professional bodies offers a truly rewarding stimulus infrastructure and experience for students and academia community.
RFID and Wi-Fi enabled library is offering the latest state-of-the art technological applications including e-books, audio-books, e-journals, kindles to maximize the use and ease of library resources. Single Window Search solution offers researchers paradise by making all library resources available at a single click. 24×7 availability of library resources beyond campus through remote access provides unhindered access to resources. The collection offers a range of text books, reference books and general reading material for enrichment and development. The library remains open 8:00 A.M. – 8:00 P.M. Monday to Saturday and 9:00 A.M. – 2:00 P.M. on Sundays to cater to academic and research demands of its academic community.
